We build those requirements into our construction schedule before work begins.
Step 3 — Permits Where Required P: Significant structural modifications and electrical upgrades to farm buildings typically require building permits. We assess what requires permits, manage the applications, and ensure the work is inspected correctly — protecting you from compliance issues down the road.

We build the schedule around your operation's seasonal requirements where possible.
Q: Is it worth upgrading an aging barn or should I build new?
